Description

Our Exterior Bamboo Decking is made from raw material moso bamboo which can be harvested at the age of 4-6 years. And it distributes a lot in China Fujian province, Zhejiang Province, Jiangxi Province, etc. Raw moso bamboo has full nutrition like sugar, starch, so our factory treat the strand woven bamboo strips with more than 200 degree temperature to remove off the nutrition which perfectly realize excellent performance for exterior use such as fungi resistant, mold resistant, termite resistant. Now it gradually become the great alternative of hardwood species. And our engineered bamboo decking integrate seamlesly with aluminum substrcuture for decking (recommend for wet zones) o timber joists. For DIY projects, use bamboo decking adhesive and decking joist tape to prevent moisture damage.

Installation Guidance
1. Identify Board Surfaces: Determine which side is the reeded surface and which is the flat surface.
2. Select Fasteners: Use the provided clips or other suitable fastening systems.
3. Position Clip: Insert the fastener into the groove side of a decking board.
4. Secure Clip & Board: Drive the screw through the fastener and into the sub-beam below.
5. Fastener Spacing:Plan for approximately 20, 17, or 14 fasteners per square meter, depending on whether the boards are 178mm, 155mm, or 137mm wide. When connecting the tongue-and-groove joint directly over a sub-beam, use 2 fasteners – one for each board involved.
6. Required Hardware: Only install using the included stainless steel decking screws (4.5x30mm).
